No. 11 Baltimore Orioles

Baltimore OriolesThe Baltimore Oriole Park at Camden Yards was a structural trend setter since its completion in 1992. With its bricked outside walls and archways the park fit in comfortably within its downtown Baltimore location.  The park kept its walls low and long to accommodate fans, but not block out preexisting structures.  It just fit in, and comfortably so.  Unfortunately Oriole Park did not fit in very well with UFE , Urine Feces Everywhere sanitary rating.  Oriole Park scored 11 out of 30 on the UFE ballpark sanitation scale, with 30 being the cleanest stadium in all of the 30 MLB Parks.

Oriole Park was reported to be visually clean in all areas, restrooms, concessions, condiments, etc..  The problem was that many of their fans do not wash their hands after using the facilities.  Hard to believe, I know.  For whatever reason both men and women were tolled and found to have a large number of that skipped out of the restroom without washing.  Hopefully this will not be a trend setting behavior copied by other ballparks; they have other problems of their own.

So everything in the stadium was clean, but because the patrons didn’t wash you gave them a C-? How does that have an affect on the stadium itself? You guys are idiots.

    • UFE says:

The ufe is higher when people don’t wash their hands. What looks, visually, clean maybe covered with urine or feces, that is what we are investigating here. The park is beautiful, it’s not always the parks fault is has ufe issues. An idiot is what an idiot does. Be nice right now!

Ha, I guess next season, more people will wash hands. Never been to the inside of the stadium, but my ex-wife lives in Baltimore, so I’m guessing she hurt the score a little as well. Ha

Nathan, where you one of the patrons?

Last time I was there I noticed that, at least in some of the restrooms, you had to go out of your way to get to where the most sinks were. Just following traffic flow leads you to the exits.

How long were you guys there? At all the games I went to, when I went to wash my hands, all the other women in the restroom were washing their hands as well.
